Antique Appraisal Fair on March 27

You can bring any old item and for $5 and item be given an oral appraisal of that item's worth. We have seen some very interesting things come through over the years.

April 30 and May 1 Ladies Weekend at the Athenaeum goto athenaeumrectory.com. This is an event for women who want to dress in the 1861 period and learn the mannerism of the day as well as fashion, hairstyles, and dance.

1861 Girls School July 10 through the 16 This is a world famous reenactment girls school where girls come from all over the country to dress and act like the ladies of a by gone era. Fun, fun, fun. Great friendships are always born at the Girls School and this is the 20 year anniversary. 

June 3 and 4 The Maury County Parks and Recreation will be hosting The Storyteller's Festival.  This is a great event that is free to the public and promotes community involvement as well as hearing some great stories. Anyone can register to tell a story, sing a song or dance.

Where Does My Raw Material Come From

Silver is bought from a Native American company that has always given me a fair market price.

Leather comes from a company that uses a natural dye which I like as well as other fancy metallics. Leather comes in different diameters as well as flat braids and round braids that make my pendants stand out.

Coffee Pearls are grown and processed by me. Sorted, cleaned, drilled and strung by my hand.

River glass found in the Duck river. Columbia is two hundred years old so that is two centuries of glass and pottery to draw from.

Gemstones are found at gemshows or when traveling and are hardly ever repeated in style or character.

Special Services          Sometimes people have items that are special to them like a broken plate, Lenox ware or a rock that was found on vacation. I can make it into a pendant or perhaps earrings. All you have to do is ask and I will see what I can do.
